Competitive Commission Split

We don't believe in charging our agents monthly fees. Our firm gets paid when you get paid. There is no such thing as 100% commission plan.

Free Marketing Leads

We don't charge our agents referral or other fees for our in-house generated leads. Since the firm pays for and provides the leads, we just expect that you follow up on them. If you don't, you will be fired or you might just quit. We don't expect you to close every deal. Just to engage in relentless follow up. That's what you can control. If you don't want to maximize the opportunities your given, please don't apply because you're wasting both of our time. Plenty of firms will let you just sit on their agent roster and wait for you to sell your mom's house. That's not us.
